N2 - In this paper, we explored the possibility to use objective video quality measurement models for measuring video quality of digitized analog video signals. After performing subjective measurements using the DSCQS (Double Stimulus Continuous Quality Scale) method, DMOSs (difference mean opinion scores) are compared with objective video quality metrics (VQMs), which is obtained using one of international standards for objective video quality measurement. Experimental results show that the correlation between the subjective and objective scores is acceptably high, which implies that an objective video quality measurement system can be an alternative video quality assessment for the digitized analog video sequences.
