Abstract
In this paper, we compare video quality on various LCD monitors. It is reported that there exists a significant variation in video quality among different LCD monitors and there has been a concern about the stability and repeatability of video quality assessment for LCD monitors. We performed subjective testing the DSCQS method and compare subjective quality ratings on 5 different LCD monitors. The experimental results show that the correlation coefficients among the LCD monitors are acceptably high. Thus, it may be possible to develop models for objective measurement of video quality for LCD monitors.
