Abstract
The extreme traffic load effects and cumulative fatigue damages induced by traffic loads are estimated by simulation methods. Due to the variety of vehicle weights as well as traffic patters, the traffic loads are modelled in the probabilistic models. Based on the simulated results the inconsistent safety levels inherent in the current design vehicular loads are examined.
