Abstract

Temperature dependent refractive index of DNA-CTMA thin-solid film was measured 20 to 90°C to obtain its thermos-optic coefficient of -3.6X 10-4 °C-1(dn/dT). The film was deposited on a fiber optic interferometer to serve as a temperature sensor with the sensitivity of 0.2nm/°C.
