Abstract

These days, a person's competency of knowledge and utilization impacts the improvement of company's competitiveness. However, indeed, it seems to be very hard to "recognise" and "discover" them, so that frequently those people who possess competencies are not able to detect them, and have neither method nor tools to help them [1]. Accordingly, this study based on previous research about competency development defines the competency development level and the type of learning with data verification. Furthermore, it will be the foundation for a company's competitiveness with a sustained competency development.
