Abstract

The gas sensing properties of graphene composite are already reported. Graphene has unique electrical and chemical properties. The transition metal oxides, such as ZnO, MoS2 are a widely used material for gas sensing because of their optical reactivity. In this study, we fabricated a three dimensional graphene and its very high specific surface areas are used for sensor and sensing material platforms. Furthermore, the transition metal oxide improves the reactivity of a gas with an active carbon structure.
