Abstract

We investigated the effect of nano grating shapes on the sensitivity of nano injection molded guided-mode-resonance (GMR) protein sensor. To confirm the profile effects, we performed the design, fabrication and performance evaluation. Finally, we obtained grating pattern with minimized profile discrepancy by optimizing injection molding process parameters and verified the enhanced performance of GMR protein chip.
