Abstract
The purpose of the study is to measure occupants' thermal discomfort response such as hot or cold complaint in offices, and to compare the complaint level between a typical office building and a green office building. We developed the experimental device that collect the real-time occupants' complaint votes and measure environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. The main result shows that there is a critical difference between typical office buildings and a green office building. It means a green building office could reduce occupant's thermal discomfort level even at the same air temperature as a typical office.
