Abstract

The technique of high resolution (HR) image reconstruction is discussed. High resolution medical images help in distinguishing an object from similar ones and the performance of pattern recognition in computer vision can be improved if an HR image is provided. However, high cost for high precision optics and image sensors is an important concern in many commerical applications regarding HR imaging.
