Abstract

The measurements of time-dependent decay rates for B 0(B̄0) → D(*)π decays and extraction of CP violation parameters containing φ3 were discussed. It was found that a 140 fb-1 data sample, which contained 152 × 106 BB̄ events, was used in the measurement. Charged leptons, pions and kaons were used to identify the flavor of the accompanying B meson. The results show that |2R D*π sin(2φ1 + φ3)| = 0.060 ± 0.040(stat) ± 0.019(syst) can be obtained.
