Abstract

In this paper we described geometric modeling processes to remove the severe panoramic distortion of old era CORONA KH4B imagery. We implemented the modified collineary equation and RFM. We could obtain less than 2 pixel horizontal and vertical accuracy. We successfully created DEM (Digital Elevation Model) of a test site and orthoimages. With the result of sensor modeling the urban expansion study was accomplished using more recent SPOT imagery.
