Random Access of Compressed Hyperspectral Images

Abstract

The three-dimensional zerotree algorithm for random access of compressed hyperspectral images was discussed. The algorithm enabled the access by using an efficient memory structure and rearranging the encoding order. The method reduced the accessing time and requirements of network and system resources.
