Abstract

This paper describes the measurement system of quantized Hall resistances used at the Korea Standards Research Institute (KSRI) and reports the results obtained with GaAs-AIGaAs heterostructures. The result in terms of Ω KSRI ’ which has been maintained as a legal unit until 1989, is RH. 4= 6453.201 75 (l + 0.38 X 10 –6 ± 0.39 x 10 –6) Ω KSRI on 1990-1-1 and we obtain Ω KSRI = (l-0.38 × 10– 6 ± 0.39 × 10–6) Ω.
