Abstract
We demonstrate fluidic manipulation and assembly of silicon microchips by crea-tively combining railed microfluidics and computer-vision aided dynamic chip pack-aging. Externally fabricated silicon microchips are fluidically guided and self-assembled, potentially enabling low cost fluidic packaging of integrated circuits.
