Abstract

Stable millimeter-wave (MMW) signals were produced by the side-band injection locking between Four-Wave-Mixing (FWM) conjugate modes in a DFB laser under the external laser light injection. The employed conjugate mode separation is quite useful for producing very high-frequency optical MMW signals.
