Abstract

The observation of the flavor-changing neutral decay B → K*l+l- was reported. The branching fractions were calculated by assuming an equal production rate for charged and neutral B meson pairs. The measured branching fractions were found to be in agreement with the standard model predictions. The effect of systematic error was also included in the calculations.
