Abstract

Nanotechnology aids in the manipulation and control of materials at the atomic and molecular level, and has applications in various fields, such as academia, industry, and medicine. In particular, nanotechnology applied to stem cells and tissue engineering has led to the rapid development of various experimental technologies, providing many advantages, including the enhancement of cell differentiation and regeneration. In this article, the latest research findings in this field are provided by broadly classifying the cases in which nanomaterials are directly applied as well as those involving the application of nanoscale research techniques.
