Abstract

Display systems are evolving. Especially a TV system is getting intelligent because various types of contents are delivered incurring the participation of viewers. Currently the most typical way that realizes interaction between the TV display system and viewers is the use of remote controller. As the contents demands more functions the remote controller is equipped with more function buttons, after all it only brings inconvenience in its use. In this paper, we propose a multi-modal interface system that makes use of hand gestures and voice information to realize interactive display system.
