Abstract
As minimally invasive surgery has become more and more sought after by both urologists and patients, techniques have evolved to allow more complex and extensive surgeries. Conventional laparoscopic and robot-assisted laparoscopic bladder surgery have been attempted in a variety of procedures: partial cystectomy, radical cystectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection, augmentation cystoplasty, and appendicovesicostomy to name a few. Short-term and intermediate results are comparable to open technique with benefits in less blood loss and shorter convalescence. As different studies have described various techniques, tip and tricks are helpful to attain desired results.
