Abstract
A fully inclusive measurement of the flavor changing neutral current decay b → sγ was discussed. The first and second moments of the photon energy spectrum above 1.8 GeV were also measured. It was found that the errors were statistical and systematic in nature. The results show that the moments measurement of the spectrum allows the determination of the b-quark mass and of its motion.
