title = "Hydrogen rich fuel gas from refuse plastic fuel by gasification",
abstract = "A study on the characteristics of performing pyloysis and gasification of Refuse Plastic Fuel (RPF) in a thermal process at high temperatures was carried out. Emphasis was placed on maximizing the production of hydrogen rich gas. The use of steam and catalyst in the reactor resulted in an increase in the production of hydrogen. The most favorable conditions for obtaining hydrogen rich fuel gas consist in processing RPF using catalytic steam gasification. The maximum of hydrogen was generated ≤ 57.41 vol % by steam gasification. Due to low temperature process, catalytic steam gasification is more useful than other gasification processes. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 2007 AIChE Annual Meeting (Salt Lake City, UT 11/4-9/2007).",
