Holographic modification of TiO2 photoanode for enhanced charge extraction in dye-sensitized solar cell

Abstract

We demonstrate that two-dimensional periodic pillars holographically generated in TiO2 photoanode can significantly increase the current density and efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell. It is attributed to the enhanced charge extraction.
