Abstract

We generated atmospheric pressure helium plasma inside a hollow optical fiber (HOF). Hydrophilicity of inside wall was investigated through contact angle measurements after filling glycerol into the HOF. Controllable lensed liquid-fiber optics was fabricated under various plasma conditions.
