Abstract

We report a novel hybrid heterostructure device that merges the valleytronic and spintronic functionality. We sequentially generate, transport and detect the valley-coupled spinpolarized electrons via non-local photogalvanic effects from WSe2-graphene-Bi1,5Sb0.5Te1.7Se1.3.
