Abstract

There are likely to be individual differences in train and car behavior when adhering to strict schedules under time pressure. Transportation by train has numerous advantages over road transportation, especially with regard to energy efficiency, ecological features, safety, and punctuality. However, the contrast in ride comfort between road transportation and train travel has become a competitive issue. In recent studies on passenger' activities found that many passengers were ride in kinds of transport, e.g. car and railway while business trip. Usually choice of transport is determined by the transportation of passengers, depending on the purpose of travel. A study was therefore set up to study how efficient influence the transports about business trip. The study involved 4 subjects (4m) which divided into four groups during two day. We evaluate about the transport productivity by each day by using the car and railway. The transport productivity of car and railway was valued in HRV and Stroop Color Word Interference Test. The results showed significant differences between the car and railway. The subjects reported that use of railway is greater transport productivity than the car.
