Abstract

In this paper described is a design of a feature interaction manager used in the AIN switching system. The FIM module was designed and implemented to handle service feature interactions in SSP. First analyzed are the causes of service feature interactions, and on the basis of the result, a technique with which interactions are detected and resolved in an execution environment is suggested. The FIM block was designed and implemented on SSP platform. The compatibility test was reportedly done successfully.
