Design and control of the 3 D.O.F. actuator by controlling the electromagnetic force

Abstract

A model for a spherical actuator is presented. The principle of motion of this model is based on Coulomb's law with respect to magnetism. The end point of the actuator's rotor is controlled by using PD control.
