Concatenated schemes of Reed-Solomon and convolutional codes for GNSS

Abstract

In this paper, we propose the concatenated schemes of RS codes and convolutional codes for reliable navigation signals. This simulation results show that the propose schemes have coding gain to the conventional convolutional codes despite of less code rate.
