Characterization of localized core-shell nanoparticles in a homogeneous phantom

Abstract

We present characterization results using localized contrast agents embedded inside turbid phantoms at varying depths. Enhanced contrast in identifying structures localized by nanoparticles is expected to improve the effectiveness of optical imaging modality.
