Abstract

This paper proposes a Wake-Up Receiver (WuRx) with two Architecture: Tuned-RF Receiver and Direct RF Detection Receiver. The proposed WuRx is designed in CMOS 65nm process and operates at VDD 0.8V and consumes 90uW and 4.5uW, respectively. At the operating frequency of 920MHz, the Receiver achieves a -60dBm/-70dBm Sensitivity [10-3 bit error rate(BER)] at a data rate of 200 kbps.
