N2 - In this paper, the separately arranged suppression patterns are investigated. The suppression band of SSN is critically influenced from the size of patterns rather than the periodicity. By arranging the suppression patterns separately on the power plane, SI problems can be reduced, as well as good suppression characteristics are achieved.
