Algorithm to extract camera-shaking degree and noise variance in the peak-trace domain

Abstract

In this paper, an efficient algorithm based on the new working domain (the Peak-Trace Domain) is proposed to use the signal dominant region for the extraction of camera-shaking degree and noise variance. These parameters can be used to restore noisy motion-blurred image.
