Abstract

This paper proposes the path delay adaptive scheduling (PDAS) scheme which provides QoS guaranteed multicast transmission based on multicast tree topology adaptive scheduling. The PDAS scheme introduces the path delay information management technique and using the information, QoS guaranteed data transmission can be achieved regardless of asymmetric tree topology. The simulation result shows drastic improvement of QoS satisfaction ratio and it is concluded that the PDAS scheme exclusively meets the QoS requirement.
