Abstract

Two kinds of 22% Cr, Ni-based oxide dispersion strengthened alloys were fabricated using mechanical alloying, hot isostatic pressing, and hot rolling. The yield strength and tensile strength at room temperature and at 700°C were significantly improved, but the elongation decreased. The microstructural investigation was carried out using transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy with electron backscattered diffraction.
